I am currently experiencing this issue on a PC with no mods, no cc, just the game.
I found it happening November 2025, and decided to try playing again today to see if this was still an issue with some of the updates that have come through.I will select a tattoo in CAS, remove it, then go to select an outfit and it will appear again. Happening regardless of category.
This happens whether or not the sim is the randomised one that appears when starting CAS or if I have begun editing.
