there's some CC but no script mods
Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
Tried without mods, still experiencing the same issue. It allows me to have the option to cut, but it doesn't appear in my inventory
Could you test another Sim/New save with no mods to see if it works properly ?
This is to find out if it's Sim/Save specific
I've tried on another save and still having the same issue. Even if a plant is in season, it's still not producing a cutting and won't produce research if it overlaps 2 seasons
