I can't duplicate this in my game so it's probably one of the assets you're using other than the dress that might be painting on the dress.
Can you test by removing them one by one if it goes away ?

Thanks for checking that, I've had a look and it's the Lovestruck heels that was doing it. I tested them with other dresses and there was no glitch, so I put them back on and tried other shoes with that one dress. The swatch of the heels affects the colour of the glitch, and some other shoes also affect the dress. Not all shoes, but some I've found are these boots that I'm not sure what kit the symbol is, and these base game heels, that really do number on the dress. Here are some screenshots:
