Can you recreate the issue on a new save ? I tested it and it was fine on my save so it might be an issue of an error occurring because of something else and data getting lost because of it.
Hi! I tried to recreate the bug in a new vanilla save and while it doesn't remove the dynasties, it does remove the dynasty title of the sim who's career outfit I changed. They are still considered part of the dynasty and maintain dynasty interactions, but their title does not appear in the active career panel. Even when I reloaded the household from the Manage Worlds menu and the Main Menu. Unfortunately no last exceptions triggered when I recreated this.
That being said the file I originally encountered the error and got a last exception from is a legacy save I've had for a couple years now with a lot of sims so I wouldn't be surprised if there's something else in the file making it worse.
