[RL] Lag and fps drops in Ondarion

I'm trying to enjoy the new world with my sims, but I can't reach even 60fps. My fps often dips under 30. Newcrest by comparison runs buttery smooth at around 100fps in build mode. I'm also having stuttering.

I have no CC and I removed my mod.

I’m playing modded, does it make sense to take them out, save and send that file? I can also start one from scratch without mods and send that, but it would be an unplayed in save file (which doesn’t make much sense to me, but let me know if it’s still helpful).

To clarify, I took all mods out to ensure that this wasn’t an issue with mods. I’ve since added them to the test save.
