I also have been having this on literally every save I have- my current save is a fresh save, no mods; level 7 dynasty, perfect relationships with everyone in the dynasty, perfect unity, and yet they all are angry all the time with the "aggrivating leadership" or "poor leadership" moodlets and feelings -- all because I removed one of the "skills" for the dynasty. EA really needs to fix this because it's absolutely destroying relationships between family members CONSTANTLY for NO REASON.
Honestly, it's really bad. I haven't been aggravated by a bug in so long, probably not since the gardening bug.
