I noticed that my new Dynasty Leader (who is more adhering to Ideals/Skills than the previous, pretty much perfectly) had this sentiment against just a member of the Dynasty (who adheres to the ideals/skills perfectly). And they just won't stop being mean/insult each other now (despite Caring Ideals!). We are at like 7* prestige too, highest earing/unity on the range scale.
