[RL] Secret Lovers automatically become Partners when a household sim dies

Could you please provide the following information

• Did you just disable mods or physically remove the entire mods folder, deleted the cache files and test this on a new save ?
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

Royalty & Legacy: My Sim has a secret lover and it was fine but then I got a notification of a sims death and suddenly a pop up appears saying they are now the partner of my sim.

I reloaded my save, the same happened. I loaded it again, same issue. I ended the relationship, started over, happened again when another death notification popped up.

Death of a non household sim is the trigger. Secret Lover is not in the played household.

Could you confirm if you are using mods and what your platform is ?

PC. And yes I use MCCC.

Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

• Create a backup of your save game
• Move your mods folder to the desktop
• Delete the following files from your user folder.
  •   localthumbcache
  •   Any lastException Files
  •   Any LastCrash files.
• Go back to a backup from before the Sim died (or test on a new one if you don't have a backup) and check if it happens without mods/cc
• Report back.

Did you get a chance to test on a fresh folder ?

I'm having this too and will try without mods and deleted necessary files.

Edit: Tried without mods, deleted files and what not. Still happens. It's not restricted to household deaths, for me it's when anyone dies? It happened to a sim in a single household when some random sim died by neighbourhood stories.
