[ROM] Sim can't eat Mac and Cheese from the cauldron (Ingredients present)

I merged your posts and moved to bugs so the info everyone else posted isn't lost.

Does it also depend on the world for you ?

There are 3 cooking choices for the cauldron. Mac & cheese, Chili, and  Cioppino. My Sim is maxed out on cooking and alchemy. She can cook all 3, but she can only collect and eat the Chili and  Cioppino.
For the Mac & Cheese, her only options are transform, experiment, or discard contents.
(transform the cauldron because she has the sim ray)

I have all the necessary fresh ingredients for all the dishes in her inventory. She can make them just fine. But she can't collect or eat the Mac & Cheese.
I have no mods.

Just did some more testing in different households in other neighbourhoods. 

Spellcaster/Glimmerbrook 

Normal Sim/Del Sol Valley

Chestnut Ridge - In this family neither spellcaster nor any other sim with or without cheese in inventory can collect Mac & Cheese. 

Mac & Cheese is white.

Did you all test with cheese in your inventory ?

I just tested this. My sim is able to collect it. She is a spellcaster. Don't know if that makes any difference. Will try in another household.

Edit: Second sim has no option to collect. Also Mac&Cheese is white. Maybe she used white cheddar. 😀

I've just tested this in my game. None of the Sims in my household can collect Mac & Cheese. 

Edit: Chili is working as intended.

did you test multiple Sims if they all have the issue ?

Unfortunately, no. The cauldron is not creating the wrong item. It makes Mac & Cheese, but it just won't let me collect it.
I sold the cauldron and bought a new one - a different cauldron entirely, not the same brand. 
The game still won't let me collect or eat Mac & Cheese from any cauldron.

Try selling the cauldron and buy a new one. Then try cooking Mac and cheese as the first thing that you cook in it, and see if that helps with the issue.
