Every time I try to place this small bookshelf it always says my sim can’t get to it and I’m not sure how to fix it. Nothing is in the way and it’s placed with Moveobjects off

This is still going on. My sims refuse to use many small bookshelves, particularly on dressers, and just go to a different one. That is not a fix. If I put a bookshelf in a particular spot and click on that bookshelf then I want them to use that bookshelf. The Lovestruck hearts bookshelf is particularly bad when it comes to this.
