My main female sim who entered the royalty career was climbing rank and her wife was climbing rank as well without being in the career (I was unable to change that since one cannot select titles and remove them from sims including children) they are forced into it.
Since they are forced into titles and both female couple are in the royalty title system when the main became a monarch so did the other female sim (both became queens) and then immediatly reverted to level 7 because there cannot be two monarchs.
Because it is a career not a royalty system, there is no way to distinguish monarch vs spouse when its a same sex couple since they both rise at the same time.
Now my main sim in the career side shows as 10 but her title and the spouse's show as 7 and its irreversible. No monarch is showing when u exit into neighborhood to view kingdom.
Core issue: no way to assign or remove titles for spouse/family/children.
