[RWK] Appliances place unbroken

Is this happening on just one lot or have you tried on multiple lots? Sometimes specific Lots can cause quirky issues. 

Is it happening with any other Kits or just the Restoration one?

Would you be willing to share your save? Upload the same way you did the TS4 folder and DM me the link please :)

I have tried multiple lots in multiple saves. First discovered the issue in an apartment in the city living world, then tested it in a new save in the base game desert world (I don’t remember what its called 😝) and then two other times I started a new save and tested it on a small lot in newcrest.

I can certainly send my save file. Do you want the entire folder or just the recent saves? I’m not actually even sure how to differentiate them because the files names are nonsense…

The only other kit I own that has gameplay features is Kitchen Clutter, which seems to be working fine. I was able to use the lunchbox and the recipe book without issue in my test save.

Could you zip up the whole Sims 4 folder and upload that? 

I Just got the pack the other day and i'v never used mod's yet i'm having the same issue can't interact with any of the 4 kitchen appliaces.

I just bought and downloaded the restoration workshop kit. I can’t click on any of the items in live mode after buying them in build mode (with the exception of the workshop bench and the “open” option on the boxes). Can’t click on any of the new appliances and they don’t appear dirty. Can’t click on any of the other benches or the carpentry box. Basically the whole pack has no interactions but I know the option to “restore” should come up for the appliances. They don’t even work as appliances even though they look new. Please help?

Could you send the information asked in the pinned post to EA ?

I am also experiencing this problem, playing with CC and the issue persists when CC is disabled. However, reinstalling the Kit through the Marketplace and immediately loading into a save seems to fix things, but it will be non-functional on next restart. Tested with and without mods. The only work-around I've found is reinstalling the Kit every time I want to play, and avoiding mods that complain when I haven't restarted after doing so.
