I have been gifting death scented bouquets to an elder sim and it will not trigger the death by flowers. I have tried both with my mods and after disabling them, multiple times. The elder opens the gift and then continues with their day. I have ensured the bouquets are masterpiece quality and freshly crafted as well as scented right before gifting. This has thrown a wrench in a death I have spent weeks planning for my storyline, and I can not find any other reports of this occurring or how to fix it.
