[S] Flower Arrangements: Flowers appear mid-air

When working on flower arrangements at the flower arranging table, whenever I click on "sell" for the bouquet, it disappears but some of the flowers randomly stay behind, floating above the flower arranging table (images attached). It happens with any flower arranging table that I have, and it does not matter what bouquet arrangement is created on the table. The only time these flowers disappear is when I go to the Main Menu and then resume my game; but then when I do another flower arrangement and sell it, the issue returns.

I've attached three different images of the issue using three different flower arranging tables (they're all the same color). And yes, my game is up to date (current version is:  1.115.253.1020 DX9) and has been repaired (I've even had it uninstalled and reinstalled as well); and no, there are no mods/custom content in use/installed. Is anyone else having this same problem like me? 

It's gotten a bit worse now. My sims did 3 arrangements on the flower arranging table, and now 3 different kinds of flowers are now floating above said table. You can easily see the snapdragons, orange roses and the pink-purple flowers overlapping the orange roses.

I'm using the flower arrangement bench, and when I go to drag the bouquet off the bench, it leaves a bit of flowers behind. It adds more flowers each time I create a new bouquet. 

Still happening in after most recent update. Really needs to be sorted. Very annoying bug

After finishing a composition and move it, flowers stay present above the composition table

Yep, been happening for quite a while. It's especially annoying when running a small business as clearing the table just leaves floating flowers behind. Also with small business, sometimes the option to "clear the table" doesn't show up and instead you have the option to sell the flowers even though your sim doesn't own them. (which is ok, extra money and what not,) just weird. 

Yeah I've got this too on Xbox Series X with all content installed. At first I thought I'd made the wrong flower arrangement because I had a few flowers mixed in that shouldn't be there. Then I moved the flower arrangement and the flowers stayed there, floating. The number of floating flowers increases the more flower arrangements I make. It vanishes after leaving the lot and returning.

Whenever I use the flower arranging table, whenever I sell or put the product inventory, i get bits of the flower in the air, i can only fix this if i go to manage worlds and go back.
