[S] Gardening Holiday tradition grayed out for children

When you have made a holiday with the holiday tradition 'gardening', this option will be grayed out for children during the holiday event. When Seasons came out this made sense, because children couldn't garden. However in a later update they could. But the holiday tradition hasn't been updated accordingly.
