When a Scout (child or teen) clicks on the computer and tries to Donate Gift to Charity, the list of items appears but all items are greyed out unless the sim has Charisma Level 3+ or the Idealist trait.
This is not the case for the Donate Gift to Charity interaction on the mailbox. There they can donate as long as they are a Scout.
This seems to be because of a missing test in 'computer_Scouting_DonateCraftedItemToCharity,' which tests for sims with Charisma Level 3+ or Idealist sims can donate, but not Scouts.
These tests look to have been added in game version 1.113.297 (March 30, 2025).
