Ideas
Can't save my game the normal way by overwriting a save file. Have taken the all mod out of it, restarted PC on it. Searching the game file again for errors didn't help. Short to only replay. In the end, you can progress further in the game by creating a new save file each time.
It's a known issue and it's on the current Laundry List, so hopefully it will get fixed by the next update. See the link above for more info.
