I have the same problem. Doesn't matter where I take a screenshot, live mode, build buy or cas. Freezes game completely. I've added the DxDiag. Let me know if there is anything else you need.
Tried with and without mods. Tried in completely new game (removed Sims 4 folder). Still the same problem, the game immediately freezes when I hit the 'C' button.
