I encountered exactly the same problem, the game is updated, all the DLC is there, the game has terrible lags and when you go into first person mode, where by the way for some reason eyelashes have been visible for months, but that's not the point and you take a screenshot, the game freezes and crashes instantly. No need to advise to create a new save, do YOUR job so that it works normally, always and everywhere
