Probably was the old driver plus the Game-Update for me. Or maybe only the driver because the new version came out so close to the Game-Update.
Since I updated the graphics driver 3 days ago I didn't have the issue again. But I will tell you if it comes up again.
I had the issue in all of my saves and I played since then, so I don't know if I could provide one but I will look in to it.

My Game crashed again yesterday after taking a Screenshot. No Idea why it worked for so long, but the problem seems to be still there unfortunaly.
