Screenshot/Photos causes game crash/freeze

i thought i was the only one having this issue. my game would go “not responding” & white screen and only way is to force quit. i realized later it always happened when i tried to take a screenshot with c button. to me, it still worked when i paused the game first and took screenshots. it only got unresponsive when i take ss spontaneously while not pausing the game. even if the game at the time wasn’t in a heavy setting. edit: it worked for 1-3 pictures different timing, then it froze again even with pause.
