Totally broken now , i can tell my sims to woohoo in the sauna , they sit down , get close , then move apart and thats it , ended

woohoo in sauna and woohoo in hotsprings are not completing action. annoying since one of my bucket list items is to woohoo in steam room. i tried on both public lots and residential. no dice.
Having the same issue. All sims just stop before woohooing in the sauna and the hotsprings. They can woohoo other places just fine....just those two interactions don't work.
