[SE] [DO] Snowy escape meals and dishes not ordered by clients in restaurants

Hello everyone,

I don't know if this bug was already reported, I looked for it but I didn't find any (might retry again) but I'm running two restaurants in one of my saves and I created a restaurant just for the Snowy Escape meals. However, clients only order drinks whenever I have this specified menu. In the other restaurant, the other meals work fine and are ordered, then I changed them to the Snowy Escape ones and once again, clients only order drinks. I don't know if other pack specific dishes/food act the same but for the Snowy Escape ones, they definitely don't work in my game.

If there's already a bug report about this then please forgive me; the only one I found was the kotatsu table bug and no hot pot meal option for menu (but it's not these bugs at all)

I play vanilla so no mods at all.
