Server Error whenever I'm upload to my personal gallery

since the last patch,: want to redecorate sims home, but then it wont save. it says to try again later. later doesn't come.

I've been having the same issue since the latest update. I can't save any of my builds to the gallery if they were built before the update. Even new builds in a new game doesn't fix the problem. I can only save things from the online gallery, but nothing i build. Always get the same error message: can't access server right now.

I play on the PS4. My game and console are Up-To-Date. For the last few months, I haven't been able to save any lots to my library. I've tried going to different saves, creating a new save, restarting the console and the application, relogging into my EA account, changing networks, and deleting old households and lots. None of these has worked. I can save households, just not lots. Any advice is welcome because it's becoming very frustrating. The error I keep receiving is "server error. we can't process this gallery request right now".

I'm having that issue too, except it tells me that it's in my library/gallery and then it's not.

When I googled this, it led me to a thread here that then sent me over to this one. This thread however seems to deal with an entirely different issue. Unless they are connected somehow?

I’ve been having this problem for a while now and it’s very frustrating. I will also say that this has been happening since they added burglars to the game.

I’m playing on my PS4 and I don’t have any mods or cc. Every time I try to save any of my own builds to the gallery it won’t save and give the same “server error” message. I can add others build to my library but not my own.  It even crashes the game if I try to place another players lot in game. I’ve tried deleting some saved files and lots out of my library to maybe make room for storage and still nothing.

If anyone has any solutions to this problem it would be much appreciated.

Same here, I'm not even trying to upload it to the gallery, I just want to save my builds to my personal library so I can place them into different saves and can't seem to do that. It's so fustrating! 

I wonder if anyone has managed to find a solution to this?

I am experiencing the same issue, still can’t figure it out. Also, I can’t play in Live mod, it shuts off the game after 5 minutes! I’m so over these glitches that it makes me not want to play anymore.
