Not just builds, my Sims can't be uploaded, either.
Weirdly enough though, since I can upload my old Sims, just not newly-created this one.

Hey everyone. Having this same issue, I get the same "server error" popup everybody mentioned whenever I try to upload to gallery or even save to my own library. I've tried taking out the Tray folder, taking out most mods (because I installed some big ones yesterday and thought that might be why I'm having this issue, tried with all mods disabled, tried room by room (most didn't save, some did, none had any mods and I removed all crafted and half-crafted objects and photographs so it wouldn't detect any "cc"). I also tried saving an empty lot with just one of the new sales shelves from B&H, same problem.
I'm worried that at any moment I might have any other issue and lose my household and build that have so many hours behind them. Literally irreplaceable, with all the family photographs and everything.
If it helps, it all takes forever to load to. When I click save lot from build mode, the window immediately opens but takes forever to load and stop being completely greyed out. Then the pictures take forever to load too, and once I click save or upload it takes forever until the error pops up too. So it does kinda seem like a server error, to be honest. No idea.
Game also crashes in some of the attempts. Not even a "not responding" pop up, just blink and it's just fine and loading and then blink and it's closed. No signs.
I have NOT had this issue before today, nothing to do with any game updates for me appparently.
I'm on PC, I have like 87GB of CAS CC and a decent amount of mods, but like I said, took out all the new ones and tried that, and I tried a lot of these things with mods disabled too. The biggest of the new mods I installed yesterday are Lumpinou's RPO (almost all modules), LGBTQIA; adeepindigo's Divergent Sims and Healthcare Redux; and Pandasama's Childbirth mod, amongst a bunch of other smaller mods.

Anytime I try to save a build to my library, I get the message: ‘Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later.’ I’ve looked it up, and it seems like other players have been experiencing this for months. Someone on Reddit suggested removing custom paintings, but I don’t use any custom paintings at all has there been a solution made??

I keep getting this error to upload to Gallery. I know some questions everyone might ask and I also know that the solutions that might be suggested, and I am hoping that someone has a different idea.
I have
- Repaired the game
- Ran the game without with a Fresh Sims Folder (with and without mods, trays, saves)
- Played prior saves and new games
- Tried Saved lots from gallery, lots from other players and EA lots
I do have
- Tons of Mods
- Tons of Saves
- Tons of Tray files
I did not seem to have the issue without Mods, but to be fair I really barely tried as once it didn't happen I would slowly put back Mods. I ran the game and tried with slowly putting back the mods and I didn't have the issue, I tried adding a prior save, ran into the issue with a lot I have been working on FOREVER. So then I tried new games with and without my Tray folder. I thought it was a mod, however the mods in and not in doesn't seem to make a difference. I load a lot that I had been working on forever, and gave up on being able to that. So I started from the older lot and eventually this happens. So then I created a new game with a new lot It will not happen with an EA lot then and then will happen. So I am thinking this is not a Mod issue but rather a EA issue. This has only started happening since the most recent update and unfortunately one lot is VERY important to me. I have been working on it forever and the household attached was less important so I NEED to be able to save the lot to Gallery to protect it. I also want to know if there is a way to protect tray files from being Corrupted as I seem to have lost a lor of lots over the years. That is a side issue. I know people will say nothing can do, but I really am hoping either EA is coming with a fix or someone has an idea what I can do. I tried saving just rooms and that will work on some rooms and not on others and there is no common thread to the rooms that will and wont, such as no common CC. I have checked my mods for updates and as I said at first i thought there was a mod to blame, however the error seems to be hit or miss but always seems to happen when I get further into playing a lot. that's why when i play a fresh game with a fresh lot and no CC it doesn't happen since I don't play that for long before I add things back since my ultimate goal is to be able to save the lot I have been working on. I have seen other videos and google people having the issue and came across something about how saves that are long running getting corrupted and am wondering if this is a similar issue. That's the only common thread I can find in everything I've done, that the longer I play a lot the error is when it happens. I even removed CC from a house and tried saving it to the Gallery and it gets the error
Please if anyone has any ideas or work arounds, I appreciate any assistance.
Thank you!
PS I don't know that any of the tags really fit, but it made me pick one I apologize if I picked the wrong one.

I heard about the laundry list. I haven't had time to read it so I'm not sure if you addressed the server error issue. Please fix this so I can save my builds to my own library and maybe to the gallery.

For several months (ever since the burglary update), I have been dealing with a major bug that has completely locked me out of saving builds/existing households to my personal library, as well as uploading them to the gallery. I have only been able to save/upload newly created households without issue. I play on a PS4 Pro with no modifications made to it all other games both online/offline, work completely fine with no issues, so I know for certain that this is a Sims 4 issue, not my console's (hardware/software) issue. I have tested out uploading different lot sizes if a lot is empty, if a lot has builds on it, what packs were used, if it was a save file issue. And all these attempts gave me the same error message of "Server error. We could not process the Gallery request." (I've linked a photo of the message below) I've even deleted The Sims 4 app and reinstalled it with no packs to see if that would work, and it hasn't made any difference. If I am missing something, please let me know because I have exhausted all my options. After having multiple of my personal (to The Sims Team on the forms) messages/requests ignored, and another subject which is full of hundereds of other people having this problem being unjustly marked as resolved (The Sims team gave a solution for PC players not console when that was the discussions point) I am out of hope and options. Even though probably no EA Forms person will help me if they see this, I'll still try once again.
This thread refers to the issue. You can post feedback there.

I’ve been having this same issue since the burglars update. I can save households but not lots. I get the same error message:
Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later.
I’m on PS4 so can’t try any of the work arounds mentioned in this thread. Im an avid builder and would really like to find a solution to this soon!
