I’ve been having a really frustrating issue on my PlayStation console with the Gallery. Every time I try to upload or save any of my lots, I get an error code and nothing goes through. I’ve tried multiple times with different builds, restarted my game and console, but the problem still happens.
it’s been making the game difficult to enjoy since I can’t share or save any of my work.

Hi! Sorry, I'm a Latin Sims 4 player. I play on an Xbox One console, and it won't let me save houses to my gallery. We've been through at least two patches, and I don't see any updates that fix this error.
Please, it's important that this bug be fixed. I'm not the only one in the community experiencing this problem.
Several of us use this problem on consoles (Xbox and PlayStation) as well as on PC and Mac.
Here's the announcement I get in the game.
The translation is: "Server error: The gallery request could not be processed. Please try again later."
This same announcement has been around for at least two updates.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Most of the time (80% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 2.14
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All the packs/kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Save upload creations to personal library
What happens when the bug occurs? When I uploaded a lot to my personal library it show Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later. No mater how later I try it doesn't work.
What do you expect to see? For to allow me to save my creations to my personal library.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never I play on Xbox.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure been a while since I played.

Still experiencing this. Still frustrated. It has completely changed the way I can play the game as an avid builder. It started after the burglars update (Am on PS4 btw)

I have the same "server error" and can't save builds to my library either and I'm on PS4.

Please move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache file, then test on a backup of your save game.
All bugs reported must be tested on a game with no mods/CC

I'm experiencing the same bug, but it started even before the latest update – so just to get that out of the way: no, I don't have any mods installed. I've tried repairing the game multiple times, but it didn't help. I even uninstalled the entire game along with all expansions and reinstalled it, but the issue still persists. I also changed the folder where the game save is stored, but that didn't make a difference either. Just to clarify – the bug is not related to the new event; it was already happening before.😭

When I try to save on the gallery it said " sever error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later."

I have not tried without mods/cc, I'm playing on PC
