Server Error whenever I'm upload to my personal gallery

Well, it's not solved for me either. In fact it's worse because now when my sim left the house it wouldn't load for him to travel home. I had to send him nearby, jog to his yard and select Go Home instead of Travel. I tried to add a sim to the household and now the lot won't load. It's a large lot but I never had any of this trouble before the burglar update. I've been deleting cache and repair but now the game won't load. I'll try again and chose a small lot and see if the problem is with everything.

I heard this is marked as solved? It's not. It's worse.

I am on a PS4 and I have deleted the game with all the packs, re installed it and I'm still getting the "server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later" message.

This is super frustrating as I've lost 2 playthroughs to try and solve this issue. I do not have the luxury to back those because I play on console.

Sorry to hear that happened. Yes it's very frustrating. I did that before years ago with the same results...namely, I lost tons of work and it didn't fix the problem. I won't do that again. It's EA's responsibility to fix what they break. I just wish we had more power to hold them accountable or they should post a disclaimer "Purchase at your own risk.".

I am running into the same issue. Only started after the burglar update.

This is the error that pops up anytime I try to save the lot to my personal library. I’ve restarted my game and still get the error. 

EDIT: Although there was an error message popping up, it appears to have saved to my library anyway. It does say custom content was detected though even though I don’t have any CC.

I just attempted to save my household fam to my library and that worked just fine, so not sure why the house won’t work.

I ALSO have this problem. I’ve got a lot of lots that o don’t wanna lose, one of them being 15+ hours. I’ve removed Tmex, UI, more cas and MCC but it still won’t work. I also disabled the latest EP as I can’t actually play/load world.

Mine was apparently saving to my library even though it was giving me the error message. Try to look in your library, and make sure “show modded” is selected on the left, and see if your lots are in there!
