I keep firing the nanny and she constantly returns minutes later. Congruent with my current infant issue reported the nanny is also unable to take care of infant needs, only set on floor.
Yeah this game loves to put kids on the floor, inside as well as outside in the snowstorm. Why is that so hard to prevent by programming them not to? The nannies are a pain in the you know what. The worst is that you can't hire them on a regular basis. Instead they work temporarily more like babysitters. What makes it so hard to make the nannies be hired just like a maid, gardener or a ranch hand, until you cancel the service? I have turned to mods which shouldn't need to be necessary but makes the game work much better.
