Hi, I'm experiencing the same bug as you. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps (removing CC, repairing the game, creating a new sim) but nothing has worked.
I've also noticed than when I go to a household in my gallery than contains a sim with the affected beard, the beard shows up with a red cross in the "Lovestruck" item list. This suggests that the game is having trouble properly loading or validating the item, likely due to an issue with how it's saved or recognized after reloading.
The bug seems to have appeared after the patch that came with the release of the latest EP
(I personally don't have this EP).
alexRCL62 does it happen for all swatches for you ? I still can't duplicate this but haven't tried all the swatches.
(I do see the cross issue and the out of order swatches)
