First I would like to say this never happened to my game before the mandatory Memory Boost incorporation. After 45 minutes or 1 hour of gameplay, even less in some occasions, I start to have severe lag in the simulation, but what caught my attention the most is that the sounds of the game don't seem to fall behind, only the movements of the Sims, the reaction time of the icons when I hover the mouse, the FPS, etc.
Of course I tested with the clean folder approach and this has zero improvement, so I really think it's the Memory Boost function. While it was in early access I had it turned off and everything was perfect. So please look into this issue of severe lag, my only solution remaining is to reboot the game, which is frustrating because this keeps happening after 45 minutes or so.
