I first noticed this when trying to find a floor billboard from City Living in the "show all" category, but it only showed if I searched by its name, clicked in the magnifying-glass besides the search bar or looked under build -> roof decor.
From the photos below, you can see the "show all" hides fountain decorations as well, along with doors, windows, outdoor plants (second comparison) and apartment related objects. Even if I am in a lot that requires them, they only appear in the category it added.
