[HSY] Teens in school based uniforms get different hairstyle (very short cut)

When I attend high school one particular student appears bald. She also has weird shading on her face. This happened on multiple school days and play sessions. Once she was wearing a cheer jacket and once the cheer uniform. 

Her normal hair returns if I force her outfit change with testingcheats to a non-school outfit.
