Sim doesn't interact with others and instead starts dancing

Lagiggles23 Are you playing with or without mods/cc ? Do you have it on every save/household you play or just certain ones ?

Hi I play with mods/cc and I have it on every household I try to play with.

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

I started having this problem today. I do not play with any cc content. I only have MC controller, but I installed that because the bug appeared. I have restarted my computer, made a new save file with new sims. Nothing works and I'm not sure that I want to reinstall all the packs or the game itself as is suggested in other forums.

I have the same issue, no mods, no CC, I tried repairing the game, uninstalled it, installed through EA, uninstalled, then through Steam, started completely new save in Documents, used a save from a different computer where the game is working fine, waited for multiple updates, nothing is helping. Only when I am disabling a whole bunch of addons and packs, all the way up to Eco Living, it is working. So something is there in these packs..

This bug just appeared in my game too. I have mods, but all of them are up to date. Did anyone find the reason for this yet??

During the sims welcome event when arriving in a new house, the other sims have an animation issue
They are always doing the same little animation like waiting and moving their head
Since they're doing this again and again, they feel like they are in x2 speed even if I am in x1

I don't have any mods or ccs
I'm playing on PC with the EA app
My sim live in the tree house in Innisgreen

The issue just stop at the end of the event, and the event suddenly stopped
Maybe because I didn't talked to the sims

I am having the same issue too I deleted all my old CCS and all my mods and everything removed packs that they said to remove and it's still happening within household I just opened the game and deleted my other household and I started to play with a random household and he still dances when I play with the games household they also dance too I think it's just a bug now within the game that they need to bring out a update
