Sim keeps resetting randomly

I'm on PC - no mods/cc

So just had another reset of my Sim, this is what I was doing:

My sim was Energized. She was outside and I wanted her to plant oversized crops (Aubergine) on 10 Fields total. She was interrupted by her needs at first but then with the last 4 fields she instantly reset after I put the tasks in to plant on the 4 fields and while adding to "Water All". I tried it again and it reset as soon as I clicked on "Water All". 

Edit: Oh and I also sped up to 2 I think.

This also reminded me, the last time I tried to "Water All" she just watered one field (oversized Aubergine) and stopped. Had to water them one by one. (No reset just didn't continue that time)

During this my other Sim was in the basement with the toddler trying to "practice standing" which she kept refusing and sometimes the action not showing up at all on the toddler, but this is another issue, just if that matters in any way. (No toddlers in the household and different house during the other resets before though) 

Edit 2: Well and it happened again just now while planting different stuff inside the pre-build "Paned Planting Space" I think she could not find a way to the corner planter (I placed "A-OK-Bloomer Vertical garden" in front of it without!! Moveobjects ! ). After I positioned it with the arrow facing the space between the Vertical planter and the other Garden Pot she planted everything normally.

Another reset happened while the game was sped up to 2.

One Sim just came from Work and wanted to interact with my second Sim in the basement. Just before this I had set the one in the basement up to feed the infant in the high chair after She finished "Reminisce" in a rocking chair. The Infant was still sleeping while she sat in the chair.

I cancelled the interactions on the first Sim so it won't interrupt the others and switched back to the second one in the basement, with the infant now awake and then it happened.
