[GRO] Sim Shaves Autonomously Even Though Hair Growth is Turned Off

The pre-made sim Tomax Collette shaves off his facial hair autonomously in the shower. He's the only bearded sim I play with who does this. I have facial hair growth turned off for him.

I don't know if it's his specific beard, which is one of the base game stubbles, or if it's the specific shower he uses, which is the cubicle one from Discover University, or something else causing it. Because I've never had any other sim shave autonomously, neither facial hair nor body hair, neither in the mirror nor in the shower.

I added both the "mods" and "never cc or mod" tags, because I use mods nowadays, but I remember this happening with Tomax before I started using mods.
