When one sim has to travel, the whole household joins them, including all animals. Sim had a date and I only clicked on her and the date, but the entire household joined, including her wife

weird.. not sure why my post ended up here. i dont see a move report, so im taking an educated guess somehow / someway something went wrong when i thought i did a report new bug and ended up here for whatever reason so I'll go ahead and try to make a new post with the exact same messaging as above post from me

Which is exactly this issue. Your Sims don't travel by herself although you choose just one to travel.
It doesn't really matter if they are celebrities or vamps or whatever. Only Sims that you choose should travel with you.
I know the OP only mentions household members but this thread is for all Sims that join you.
Added some more info to the first post to make it clearer.
Please try to rephrase this if that's not what you're reporting. Use this thread so I can split it instead of creating the new one.
- If they just show up and not travel with you, that's not a bug. Often the same Sims just show up on multiple venues.
- If the tasks is completed if Sims take selfies with a different celebrity, then that would be indeed be a completely different issue. If this is the case, please edit this post: Sim travelling in group by default | EA Forums - 12349371 to make that more clear and I'll split it off again.
Just let me know so I can handle this properly. The way you phrased it, it sounded exactly like this.
