When one sim has to travel, the whole household joins them, including all animals. Sim had a date and I only clicked on her and the date, but the entire household joined, including her wife

Every time one of my sims travel to work, school, accepted invite hangouts etc; All of the sims on my lot travel with them (household and townies near lot). I've tried repairing my game and removing mods that were added when this issue began occurring, I've also updated my mods that need updating.
Does anyone know what may be causing this issue ?
