My sim cancels the cooking action the second the ingredients turn into the frying pan on the stove. They will not continue cooking if you try to, the action cancels immediately. I have tried different stoves, and stoves with no items around it at all. I can cook with small appliances, the counter, and grills. I was using the restorable stove that comes with the restoration workshop kit when I first noticed the bug. This is also a new save file. I am not using custom content or mods. My game is fully up to date.

could you test if it works with another stove and if it works if you remove some the stuff above the stove ?
