Sims 4 Kicking me out takes me to home screen

Sims 4 on Xbox series X is kicking me out of my game and take me to my Xbox Home Screen and I end up losing my progress of what I just played. I click the game again and when it loads it shows the last saved was almost an hour or two ago when I did a lot in that time. It’s been happening for months now. I deleted files and I deleted and downloaded the game again and I restarted my console and I have lots of storage so it’s not slow. Help. Because I hate playing and it’s just kicking me out now after a while of playing
