Updated the post, but it also happened to a teenager Sim. She appeared in the household bar as a child while this was happening despite aging up the day before.
So it looks like they are not full aging as they should ? How did you age them up ? Cake ? On their own ?
Were they normal at any point and then bugged out or always this way after aging ?
Totally never saw this, my bad. These were all kids that aged up on their own. They were normal, aged up, and then would appear as their old age while acting like their new one. Their portrait in manage households would show as their previous age.
Toddler would show as their infant self, child would show as their toddler self, the teenager it happened to showed their child self.
1) this is also starting to happen in a second save
2) It is definitely happening after a Sim leaves the lot and the only (temporary) fix seems to be going into CAS and then closing CAS.
It's also happening to kids not in my household. This was a kid at the doctor career.
