Sims are resetting at bars

I can often observe this , when a group of sims (also with np-sims) sit at a bar or together on seatings and talk to eachother , then suddenly all "breaks" > T-pose . Sometimes i get the impression that, if only one Sim of the talking-group starts something new the connection falls appart.
