Sims autonomously talk but still require introduction interaction

Yes this - and family members having to stop what they are doing to hug and greet each other at the start of every new conversation.  I mean - just eat your breakfast and say hi to your mom at the same time so you don't miss school because you had to stop eating, walk across the kitchen, hug her, then say hi, then walk back to the table, and then not eat because they have to go to school because the whole thing took 1 hour in game time.
