Sims autonomously talk but still require introduction interaction

This is in my game too but on the flipside, I don't want a bunch of random sims showing as friends to my sim. If my sims introduce themselves to someone they automatically jump to friends or good friends and I don't want that. Plus this would impact celebrity sims and their limited access homes. If there is an introduction done or assumed, then those people can come knocking on my sim's door. I do not know the answer for you here but I do know that what you are suggesting would be disastrous for celebrity sims.
