No mods/cc. When I have different occults marry each other, typically the children are one occult or the other. However, I do often get sims who are both occults at once. I often can't edit both occult forms properly, and it becomes difficult to progress the sim in their occult.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Which occult combinations do you get ?
I am having the same issue. Faerie is with a werewolf child is both. In CAS I can't even tell what occult it actually is cause all I see is it's mouth and legs down.
I play on PC and this happens with and without mods
was it a full werewolf or one with the dormant trait ?
Did you do any changing of occult in CAS ?

My fairy sim and my werewolf sim had a child and he is both occults. He gets moodlets of growing fangs and young fairy coping with emotions. When I age him up, I get the pop up he is a new werewolf and a new fairy and doesn't specify occult type in CAS. He presents as a howling fairy.
On top of this, both occult form and human form are completely different sims.
This is with MODs (MCCC and UI cheats) and still happens after I have removed all mods
Full werewolf. I did no changing of occults in CAS. She drank the cure after the child sim was born
did you try having the baby while no mods/cc or did your remove them after having the baby ?
Removed after. Never had issue with two different occult babies before
At which point did you remove your mods/cc ? Before they get pregnant or after ?
