[CL] Door Missing from Apartement

I do not use mods or CC, so my games are completely vanilla.  Cannot visit apartments

as the door is missing. This includes San Myshuno and Evergreen Harbor. Sometimes the door will appear if I scroll really far out, but most of the time it does not.  The snapshots show Hakim Hse in San Myshuno and Stonestreet Apartments in Evergreen Harbor.  Been happening for months now.  I use a Mac OS 15.6. The newest EP I own is Cottage Living so I do not own For Rent or Businesses & Hobby etc, and I own a mix of game and stuff packs. 

I just purchased For Rent today and I converted a space on a lot into to apartments and then moved two sims to the lot to live in the main home and rent out the two apartments. The sim landlord cannot enter the apartment. Again, no doors or windows.

This makes playing apartments impossible. I do not have any mods in my game. I am playing on a brand new computer. I just copied my saved games over and am only playing the games that I created to play without mods.

I created a new save on my new computer and still cannot visit apartments.

I want to visit my sims friend apartment but I can't knock the door because the door is gone and  have only empty area inside it.

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

I'm experiencing an issue where apartment doors have disappeared. As such, I am unable to knock on doors or enter the apartments for my interior decorator gigs. You can see through where the door should be and can see sims inside but no furniture. You can also move the camera to see inside the apartment but again you can only see sims, no furniture. I'm able to send clients away and then enter build mode which still allows me to complete the gig but my sim cannot discuss preferences with the clients beforehand, all photos (before & after) must be taken in the hallway, and you cannot reveal your changes to the clients when they return.

So far, I have only tested this in San Myshuno. I'm unsure if this is affecting apartments in other worlds. 

This is a fresh save, on a fresh install of the game, on a new computer and no mods have ever been added.

I've only been having this problem since the market place update, it doesn't matter if I try to visit a Sim I've created or an NPC the door is missing from the apartment I want to visit but doors are visible and can be clicked on for the other apartments in the building. I also cannot switch to the household who lives in the apartment, I have to go to manage worlds and select them to play them.

I play on a windows gaming laptop (which is fully updated) with all packs, expansions etc also all fully updated/patched, no mods or cc ever.

Edited to add that I can now no longer interact with other apartments I can only break in or switch control to the other apartment in the building which is a real pain when they are being noisy and my sim can't ask them to be quiet.
