Sims Constantly Throwing Up (No ailment/Pregnancy)

The patch has helped me. now my sim only get an ailment 1 or 2 times a week ( not every day like it used to be ) . but it was annoying when the starlight presenter for the awards gave 2 awards then ran to throw up and never finished the presenting 8pm to finish no more show 😵 . I was hoping to win an award 😢

Same here! And the "throw up" option is always available now.

Having this issue as well. Zero prompt whatsover, sims just randomly cover their mouths and puke on the ground, leaving a weird green puddle. I'm on PC, no mods, and I don't have Enchanted By Nature.

I have been having this same issue. Randomly my sim will just throw up, the option to throw up is available whenever I select the toilet. It is when they are healthy and when they have an ailment. PC, V 1.117.244.1020. All Expansions, including all the latest ones and this happens regardless of if mods are installed or not. caches have been cleared.

are you having them eat veggies and fruit from their inventories?

I have sims throw up a lot if I have them do that, so I had to stop. But then again I am pretty sure I always got an uncomfortable moodlet
