Lately Ive noticed if I give a sim a task like baking a cake or repairing something, they will start the activity but randomly will stop mid action and do something completely random like clean a book or make a drink. Or an action will start but it will disappear from the queue.. like pleading with death or dueling another sim. Normally they finish the task before doing something else in the queue.
