I've had Grand Duchess Jawara Darong enter my sims' apartment (17 Bright Cliff) repeatedly during the first week of living there to get a glass of water from the kitchen sink, then leave the glass on the floor. This is the same behavior I've seen in Caldera Camp by the conservationists working in Mua Pel'am, but in Ondarion the nobles are bringing family members into the apartment with them, uninvited. I've seen Tybalt Capp wander in uninvited, too. I didn't notice if he grabbed a drink.
And unlike the conservationists in Mua Pel'am, the nobles tend not to leave after their drink, but go into the bathroom to view the Important Items For Your Baby and then stay there until you save and reload.
I have the exact same problem, in the same apartement. Everyday, the Grand Duchess and her whole family come by to drink water from every sink and hang out in the bathroom to stare at the same item.
