I'm so tired of this. It is impossible to have sims be faithful as any sim at any time with randomly throw in a flirt/ romantic interaction in a conversation, even when not flirty. And not just townies/ NCP either, my own sims are at fault as well.
I do not have Lovestruck but I think this has been an issue since that pack came out.
It is so frustrating how you cannot have sims not flirt with everyone, I even have to make sure they only have friends of the gender they do not like (so I have to set them to straight or gay, no bi sims here) or set the romantic to none to not be hoeing around and doing romantic interactions with all sims. But if I set romance to no-one then they can never have a partner ever and that is just sad and kind of removes a lot of gameplay (like marriage, dates etc).
Just yesterday as I was playing my sim was talking to some random sims and I had to cancel a Confess Attraction my sims did autonomously on one of them 4 times in a row. They just pop up, I cancel, pop up agan right away etc etc. She just met them, did not know anything about them (traits/ career etc), she was married or engaged at the time. She has a family asp so no romantic asp and does not have the romantic trait. None of the sims in the conversation was flirty. She has the Loyal trait and get tense for cheating constantly...
