Sims excessively flirt with others

After some more digging, I believe something could be bugged with Lifestyles? I tried checking for hidden buffs on my Sims with MCCC and found that they have an underlying Romance lifestyle, despite me having Lifestyles turned off in the Game Settings. I know of another Sabotage! bug which could be related to the Technophobe lifestyle too. Hope this helps narrow the search.

My loyal sim randomly cheated on their spouse by using a bold pickup line on a stranger autonomously. Later that sim was kissed by their mother in law In front of my pregnant sim who was holding their infant. I had to exit without saving. 

I don't have mods or love struck. I've only had this sort of issue once with a previous update from last winter, so I assume it the update. I've repaired the game but I don't want to play until it's fixed. 

no this is not caused by lifestyles. if you visted a community lot, you'll see everyone flirting, regardless if they are married or not

All my sims cheat all the time with anyone regardless of attraction or compatibility. Yes, even with their step-children, even with the loyal trait.

PLEASE fix this because I can barely interact with anyone without a romance interaction popping up. It is constant and I mean CONSTANT.

Oh my god, me too! I just sent in a report of my own. Maybe it's a bug with the loyal trait, but every single one of my sims  (+ unplayed sims) will cheat or flirt, so I don't know if it's some "cross contamination" thing going on... Maybe try starting a new save without a loyal sim in your household and see how it goes?

Alright so I updated my game on PS5 today and this update has caused an issue for my game where sims will suddenly flirt with each other unprovoked like the bug where sims would randomly be mean to each other outta nowhere a few years back. The sims are not flirty, there are no prior romance bars, and Eco Lifestyle NAPS are disabled. It happened when visiting two separate households as well as when my sim went to his doctor career. The two households kept flirting with each other outta nowhere and even with my sims. And a patient flirted with my doctor sim outta nowhere too. It is an extremely annoying bug as I don’t want my sims relationships destroyed. Is there a way to fix it and is anyone else experiencing it? Please help.

happening to me as well. npcs and active sims will flirt with anyone regardless if they are single or not, doesn't matter what relationship or attraction they have with the other sim.

Playing on pc, never cc or mods. 

Hey a bug similar to this is happening to me straight after the update on console. Similar to the glitch where sims are excessively mean unprovoked and for no reason. Every single sim is randomly flirting with each other. It’s most likely a bug with the game like the excessively mean sims glitch. 

For me not all sims have the loyal trait. NAPS are off and it happened in 4 separate worlds. They didn’t get a romance bar yet but I’m afraid to let these sims keep talking before they do cuz that would destroy the ideas I have for them.
